To "let all voices be heard" here it's vital that individuals on the ground have the ability to post comments to these threads from their mobiles. The cafe stewards asked me to look into this and I've contacted the Ning help center for advice. If you are able to see this comment then their simple advice in the note I've copied below has worked on my iPhone - but it might or might not work on other mobiles.

Please post questions or info here about your experiences, difficulties, and solutions posting from mobiles  (you might need to use a computer to do that of course!)  I'll liaison with Ning to work on improvements.

Answer from Ning to my request for their help:

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for writing. Currently, it is not possible for members to reply to forum discussions in the mobile version of a network. They're welcome, however, to click on the "View regular version of this site" link at the bottom of the screen and see if they're able to reply to a discussion from their phone that way.

We are working on improving the mobile experience, as you can see in our Product Roadmap (

I hope this helps!

Best,
Monica

But after thinking about it, they made complete sense. For example:George Washington was ranked in the top 40 of all time. Understandable. But the reason why ... not so much. You…See More
