When we, the people, unite, we become a powerful force for manifesting our vision.  When we're divided, so is our vision and creative possibility.  From where you're standing, right now, try looking in two different directions at once.  It's not possible without scattering and diluting your attention.

Now bring your awareness together and gaze gently in one direction.  Notice the shift inside yourself as your awareness and focus come together (remember to breathe;-)

Healing the divide between people, really takes root by each person understanding what divides her or his self within.  We can stay compassionate and present with others, only to the degree that we can stay compassionate and present within ourselves.  Many may show enough self control to stay on an even keel through difficult times and peaks of conflict.  But over the long run, every person must ultimately face within themselves, the deeper, and often darker sides that don't simply dry up and fade away because we choose to ignore them.

Many people talk about the ego as the cause of separation.  But that is only a partial truth.  The ego is closer to a symptom than a cause. The deeper root cause of ego has more to do with your biology than your mind.

Jitendra brings his personal exploration and unraveling of this territory to the surface in this call, bringing forth teachings he's developed over 4 decades, including his groundbreaking work on healing the collective shock that divides us.  You'll gain a grounded, practical understanding of yourself in relationship to the challenges of building relationships and bridging divides at all levels...and tools to start shifting right away.

But after thinking about it, they made complete sense. For example:George Washington was ranked in the top 40 of all time. Understandable. But the reason why ... not so much. You…See More
