Please comment if you like this idea. I'd love to hear suggestions on how to promote this idea nationally, too.

Earth Day is the perfect day for a national (USA) and even a global Day of Action highlighting the climate crisis, but also addressing all of the concerns of those who fly the Occupy banner.  The Occupy movement could powerfully help tranform Earth Day from an often bland, frequently corporately co-opted cotton candy festival into a passionate celebration of the victory of green wisdom over the grey and brown world the corporatocracy would hand us.
