oh come all you people of power and wealth,
who think you deserve all your fortunes of chance
through your drive, charm and genius, effort and strength,
and your own single-handed performance.
you disdain all the people who helped you succeed
and you think you are purely the fittest of breed,
but your selfishness is only matched by your greed
and your cockiness simply makes all our hearts bleed
and we'll never forget nor forgive you.

oh come you political thinkers and seers,
who love to experiment with people's lives
and inflict your opinions on everyone's ears
for your own egotistical motives.
you do not understand the lives of normal folk
and you don't give a damn for the grief you provoke
- if you weren't such a menace you'd be a bad joke,
but your arrogance merely makes all of us choke
and we'll never forget nor forgive you.

oh come all you journalists and writers of fame,
who claim for yourselves
all the standards of truth
and assume that you know where to allocate blame
as your prejudice guides you to fake "proof".
you rush to condemn where you pre-suppose guilt
and you undermine virtue before it is built
and you incite corruption to get your beans spilt,
so we've had your hypocrisy up to the hilt
and we'll never forget nor forgive you.
