An open space for global conversation
This year I fell in with some people under the influence of Theory U and the Art of Hosting, among other phenomena, training and experience. I meet with some of them roughly monthly for a collective presencing lab. I am glad about this development.
Once together, we settle into a circle, slow down, hold a common/given question, talk one at a time and strive to attend to what is uniquely ours: what is in the middle. Of particular interest is our future (not the futures of each one) as it arrives.
This activity we share feels so appropriate at this time, not only to me, I believe. So much has been disconnected, isolated and rearranged (i.e., done) that restoration of balance must involve a commitment to connecting and discovering together both what may be shifted and what may be allowed to fade away.
