The Campaign

I am finding in San Francisco that, even though Committees and Working Groups may be functional, there still needs to be mission statements created, group members abilities and capabilities outlined and any needed resource or people sought out.

This can be critical to getting to the point where an Occupy can be functional so they can then become creative.
