Paul,

We could also create a forum or group where occupiers and organizers can share experience and stories of how they have or are successfully dealing with such weather related challenges; and how to go about organizing or doing it. A couple of the Occupy Cafe organizers are participating in weekly or bi-weekly calls for National Movement Building. We could provide a link to the forum or group, along with this discussion page, if you want to organize this. Thanks again, Rob Wheeler  robwheeler22  @ gmail.com
