An open space for global conversation
This call is now complete. A Podcast is available here. Please use this forum thread to share your thoughts and continue the conversation. And thank you again, Peggy, for an outstanding conversation!
You can see notes on our Collaborative Tablecloth and also download Peggy's pdf presentation via the attachments link below this post. We will post a recording shortly as well.
Peggy Holman is the author of Engaging Emergence and co-author of The Change Handbook. Her work on emergence reads like a "how to" manual for a networked and organically evolving movement such as Occupy. She is also a leading expert on the design of large group dialogues, and offered some imaginative tweaks to our regular Monday format that resuled in a very "engaging" call!
This "vital conversation" considered the following question:
What is "leadership" in a "leaderless" movement?
We invite you to continue our conversation, via this forum discussion, perhaps by sharing a brief story based on your own experience of Occupy or another "networked movement."
